Nice hotel but too much Chinese customer

I stayed at the hotel for five nights and were very impressed with the services we received. The rooms were nicely presented and the bar items were free and refilled daily. Our room had pool access and was easily accessible to the dining, gym and message. We found the staff very friendly and helpful in particular Ms Oui at the reception. She understood our needs and suggested tours and activities accordingly. She also arranged our taxi back to Don Meuang, which I found very helpful. The kitchen staff were very nice and the kitchen manager also ensured that we were looked after each time we went there. The main city centre is about 10 to 15 minutes and we used Grab for that. I would definitely use this hotel in my next visit.

4 nights at Pool Accessed Room, family with 3 kids. Besides too many noisy Chinese (as usual, this is Pattaya), I personally think this hotel is above average. Quiet, clean, small swimming pool but not crowded at all. Breakfast ok, staffs are so friendly and helpful. We were in another section, separated from the China tour group. Will return again!
