I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. You pay to come on vacation; however, this place ruins it. The main reason is the service. The bar service is terrible, the workers don’t seem like they want to be there and seem to be doing you a huge favor by making your overpriced drinks. One of the girls was on her phone, another was rolling her eyes to another guy working there while the person on the cash register short us change. They charge you 10% service fee on top of their drinks so they are getting “tips” regardless if they are good or not. The room is okay. We found some mosquitos in the room and it was dirty on arrival. We cleaned it ourselves and opted to do their “Green Day” so that no more bugs would escape in. For what you are paying, it’s not worth it at all. It would be better off calling it a hostel.

Great resort, incredibly kids friendly with all the facilities you could wish for. One of the very few resorts with beach chairs and a beach bar right on the beach. Kids loved the slides they provided in the big pool. Breakfast has everything you could wish for and the whole set up is very modern and clean. Brand new resort - hope they keep up the good look and feel! 👍

This is one of the 3 Centara hotel that you can find in Krabi, opened 2 months ago this hotel is located in a great position, along Ao Nang Beach, it's very easy to reach all the restaurants and the night life. The rooms are big and have balcony. I have to say the breakfast is nothing special, the quality of the food is below average , i know it's a 4 stars hotel but they can definitely improve.
