We spent 4 nights at this place. Everything was fine. The room seemed more like a small apartment where you have 2 floors both equipped with toilet and shower. Bed was super comfortable and it was quiet at night. However i did not find the place to be cozy. Maybe it was the modern style but that's just my personal opinion. I loved the welcome fresh coconut water drinks. We rented a car so it was good to have a place to park right in front of the hotel. There was a security guard outside always. Manager kindly provided help with information to visit the waterfalls but we were not impressed with the service here, since we read about in many reviews. It was just fine. There is a night market nearby, stores, places to book tours ( we did ours through the hotel with WOW tours) restaurants and more within a 10 min walk.

The room is nice. I stayed in Duplex Pool Villa. It's huge. The pool is a bit small but with the Jetstream. The staffs are exceptional. The breakfast is out of the world!! They are serving Tenderloin steaks!!!

Amazing place! Very beautiful just by the beach perfect hotel for honeymoon moon which we went for and the staff are very nice and professional attentive go an extra mile for your needs. Highly recommend 5 star! Happy couple
